It is an organization that aims to empower youth as the main pillar of society, while respecting their unique needs and abilities.
We integrate and adapt them into academic frameworks and vocational training to ensure appropriate employment opportunities for them.
Our main activities include youth encouragement, awareness-raising and mentorship in the cities of Lod, Ramle and Jaffa.
We seek to be a model of excellence in community work in the Arab community.

The Lod Academy Project is a pilot project of Citizens Building a Community, which brings together academic students from Lod to lead social initiatives that foster solidarity and belonging, and serve various groups in the local Arab community.
The academic initiators from Jaffa went through a leadership and social process that aimed to enhance the spirit of giving and belonging in the Jaffa community, by developing their personal and social skills and participating in voluntary activities that strengthened their sense of responsibility and belonging towards their country.
The Jaffa Transition Year Project is an educational-social framework for young men and women after high school that aims to prepare them academically, personally, and professionally before they enter the university world or the labor market.
An educational program aimed at enabling Arab students in the cities of Jaffa, Lod and Ramle to make a smooth transition from high school to academic life.
An academic preparatory program that integrates young people into universities and colleges, giving them the tools to succeed and excel in education and the job market.
