Citizens build a community
It is an organisation that aims to empower youth as the backbone of society, while respecting their unique needs and distinctive abilities. Our organization seeks to be a model of excellence in community work within the Arab community in Israel. Our organization was established in Lod in 2004 to serve Arab youth. Our main activities are to encourage, support, and guide youth in mixed cities such as Lod, Ramla, and Jaffa, by integrating them into academic circles, providing vocational training, and preparing them for suitable employment opportunities.

The Citizens Building Society team comprises a group of dedicated individuals who, through their spirit and tireless work, embody the values ​​of empowerment and positive change. With her entrepreneurial mindset and inspiring enthusiasm, Amira Al Baba leads the way in supporting youth, while Tahani Al Maghrabi is distinguished by her unique ability to build bridges of communication and promote community solidarity. With his strategic vision and strong determination, Alaa Moussa contributes to creating new opportunities for youth, while Rana Kaboub is passionate about development and strives to make a tangible impact on people's lives.

As for Rahma Al-Qadeem, her profound humanity and meticulous work make her an essential element in the giving process, while Maysa Intila stands out for her creative touch and innovative ideas, which add an innovative dimension to the association's projects. Finally, Salwa Abu Nabut, with her tireless efforts and inspiring personality, represents a fundamental pillar in driving the wheel of community development forward.
