Jaffa Academy Project
The academic entrepreneurs from Jaffa went through a process of leadership and socialization aimed at strengthening the spirit of giving and belonging within the Jaffa community. They worked on building their social and humanitarian capacities through a series of activities and volunteering that contributed to strengthening their sense of responsibility towards the country and promoting the value of helping others.
The initiators carried out many voluntary activities that had a direct impact on the community, including:
- Working with the Golden Generation: Organize meetings and events with the elderly, to strengthen intergenerational ties and spread respect and appreciation for the older generation.
- Volunteering in schools: Conducting educational workshops and events with students to support them and strengthen their leadership and belonging values.
- Cleaning mosques: Volunteer campaigns to clean God's houses as an expression of religious affiliation and collective responsibility.
- Cleaning the cemetery: An initiative to preserve the sanctity of the place and honor those who came before us, reflecting social awareness and deep respect for history and identity.
Through these events, the initiators contributed to strengthening social ties, building a more solidarity and respectful community, and instilling the values of service, giving, and belonging in the younger generations in Jaffa.
